1. Acceptance of terms
By using Idea Radar ("the Service"), operated by ZJ Ventures, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Idea Radar generates PDF guide/checklist idea suggestions based on search-trend signals and, where configured, third-party data sources. Search Interest, Competition, and Opportunity Score are directional signals, not guarantees — always labeled with their source (measured vs. estimated) on each idea card. No account is required, and saved ideas live only in your browser's local storage.
3. No guarantees
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any idea generated will be profitable, accurate, unique, or free of errors, and we're not liable for decisions made based on the Service's output.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to overload, scrape at abusive volume, or attempt to disrupt it, and don't use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Third-party data
The Service may query third-party providers (Google Trends, Reddit, and, optionally, Keywords Everywhere, Etsy, and Anthropic) to generate results. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control; the Service degrades gracefully to disclosed estimates when a source is unavailable.
6. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
