Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. No accounts, no personal data collection

Idea Radar does not require an account, login, or any personal information to use. We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

2. What's stored, and where

Your saved ideas and last search are stored only in your browser's localStorage — on your device, not on our servers. This data never leaves your browser, is not visible to us, and does not sync across devices. Clearing your browser data or using a different browser/device will remove it.

3. Idea generation requests

When you generate ideas, the topic and niche you enter are sent to our server to produce results. To do this, we may query third-party data sources — Google Trends, Reddit's public search, and, optionally, Keywords Everywhere, Etsy, and Anthropic's Claude API — using only the topic/niche text you submitted. We don't attach any identifying information to these requests, and we don't store the queries or results server-side after the response is returned to your browser.

4. Cookies

We don't set cookies. The only client-side storage used is localStorage, described above.

5. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes as the product evolves (for example, if accounts or a database are introduced), we'll update this page and change the date above.

6. Contact

Questions about this policy can be directed to ZJ Ventures.
